Production, Shipping & Delivery

  • Production times - all items are made-to-order:
    • Tees, Hoodies, Joggers: 2-3 business days
    • Stickers
  • Standard Shipping for most items 3-5 business days
  • Economy Shipping for most items 4-8 business days

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 14 DAYS of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. YOU MUST TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO THE OUTER PACKAGING IF DAMAGE IS SUSPECTED.

  • Unless there is a manufacturing or sizing defect, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is something exceptionally incorrect about your product (wrong size sent, incorrect image displayed, severe damage via manufacturing defect or in transit. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY DATE. YOU MUST TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO THE OUTER PACKAGING IF DAMAGE IS SUSPECTED.

In the case of a return, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY DATE AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

To be considered for replacement/refund, you MUST have purchased the order protection at checkout. No exceptions.

  • Can I cancel or change an order? No, due to the automated nature of our process, we are unable to make changes or cancelations once an order is made.
